G.F. v. Anonymous Condominium
When a resident moved to sell her unit, her closing was unilaterally canceled by her potential buyers’ real estate agent. The Defendant Condominium had failed to properly renew its Federal Housing Administration certification, and because the buyer was using FHA funding, the deal fell through. Mr. Skipper’s client was later forced to sell her unit at a lower price, and she brought claims of negligence against the condominium. The case resolved when the condominium agreed, in settlement to pay to Mr. Skipper

D.T. v. Anonymous Pharmacy
When a pharmacy negligently filled the wrong prescription, Mr. Skipper’s client suffered partial temporary paralysis of his legs. Mr. Skipper brought claims on behalf of his client, who did make a full recovery, and the case was resolved on terms favorable to Mr. Skipper’s client.
