Anonymous v. Anonymous
Mr. Skipper resolved claims on behalf of his client surrounding allegedly illegal debt collection and violations of the Fair Housing Act. The case, in the Circuit Court of Anne Arundel County, was resolved with Mr. Skipper’s client receiving $150,000.

L.D. & K.D. v. HOA
After an HOA was awarded its attorneys’ fees after a dispute with one of the residents, the couple retained Mr. Skipper. A letter he authored caused the HOA’s insurance to pay the attorneys’ fee award on behalf Mr. Skipper’s clients. When the HOA still wanted to move forward against the homeowners, Mr. Skipper brought competing claims alleging defamation based on allegedly false statements made by the HOA President.
