G.F. v. Anonymous Condominium
When a resident moved to sell her unit, her closing was unilaterally canceled by her potential buyers’ real estate agent. The Defendant Condominium had failed to properly renew its Federal Housing Administration certification, and because the buyer was using FHA funding, the deal fell through.
