Elisabeth “Lisa” Chaney first joined Skipper Law in 2018 as a law clerk. She completed a dual degree program in 2019, earning both a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland School of Law and a Master of Public Health degree from Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health.
